The Wildflower Way is a place where you can find your best self. No judgement. No criticism.
Be Brave. Be Kind. Be Strong.
I believe in meeting my clients where they are, challenging negative core concepts and helping you grow into your best self, healing along the way.
I’ve been in the mental health field for 18 years with the last 9 years, working directly with first responders. I am a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, a Certified First Responder Counselor and am trained in EMDR.
Making the decision to come in to counseling is often a difficult choice to make. If you’re at the point of knowing you need some help, but not sure where to start, please come in, I want to help!! If I’m not the right fit for you, I will help you find the person who is.
